The HBS-800 scrap metal shear baler is exclusively offered as a new machine delivered to UK and Italy site for our world-wide clients. The shear baler is with 6m or 7m charge box length and 500 ton cutting force. This scrap metal baling machine is diesel or electric driven.
With manual and automatic baling and shearing cycle and pre-compression cycle, the guillotine and clamp of HBS-800 scrap metal shear baler are automatic lubricated. PLC control unit provides simple and easy operation for the HBS-800.
The HBS-800 baling shear machine is quick and easy to install. We provide a full 12 months’ mechanical / 2000 hours’ manufacturer’s warranty.
With optional operator’s cabin, pre load table and radio remote control, the HBS-800 shear baler range can be tailored to suit many different sites and working practices.
