HBS-1250 Hydraulic Scrap Metal Shear Baler

Description:
HBS-1250 hydraulic shear baler can process a wide range of material, both heavy and light scraps. A large quantity of scrap is loaded into the press box, which is completely lined with anti-wear steel, then reduced by the side compression wings system to the size of the shear-head opening. The axial ram of the scrap baling machine pushes the logger under the hold-down clamp for a further vertical reduction and a more regular cut at adjustable length. Shearing and baling are automatic and it is possible to be installed with a remote control.

The mobile machine on semi-trailer with hydraulic stabilizers come complete with a diesel engine, crane, grab and operator cabin and is an independent machine that can go where scrap is produced or stocked, thus saving on transportation costs.
