Description:
The hydraulic dismantling bale machine is often used to open bales of wool, cotton, chemical fibers (or loose reclaimed material and non-woven remnants), etc. The outputting quantity is controlled by funnel weighting. Material is conveyed by the horizontal feeding curtain. The horizontal feeding curtain is solely driven by motor and is controlled by photoelectric switch. The photoelectric switch controls the volume of material. When feeding curtain of opening machine moves the set distance (such as 500mm, counter count), funnel opens automatically and throws material onto the feeding curtain of opening machine. Evening roller and stripping roller are driven by constant speed motor.
