HC81T-1250 Scrap Metal Compactor
Description:
The HC81T-1250 scrap metal compactor is used to compact scrap metals with 2 mm thickness and bale it in cubic shape 45cm × 30cm × 30cm and 100 kg in weight. This kind steel baler machinery is mainly used for steel plants, recycling companies and ferrous & non-ferrous metal industry. The compactor can press all kinds of metal scraps including steel, copper, octagonal and other shapes of qualified furnace materials to reduce the cost of transportation and smelting.

1) The HC81T-1250 scrap steel compactor is hydraulically driven, manual or PLC control
2) No foot bolts are needed in installation, diesel engine can be used alternatively.
3) Bale-discharging: turn-out, push-out and forward-out
4) There are eight levels of baling force ranges from 63 to 500 tons and productivity range from 5 to 50 tons per shift.
